SEEKING CERTIFICATION TO TEACH A TOB FOR TEENS PROGRAM?
If you are a catechist/teacher seeking to teach the Theology of the Body to teens in the Archdiocese of New Orleans, this certification is required.
With additional time of instruction, Total Vision doubles as a certification/training program to teach YOU: Life, Love, and the Theology of the Body and Theology of the Body for Teens: Middle School Edition in the Archdiocese of New Orleans. (See below for further instruction requirements.)
Additionally, for those who have already completed Initial Formation, their participation in Total Vision (and the online Ascension training) will fully satisfy their annual requirement for Ongoing Formation.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To complete certification:
1. Attend Total Vision. Upon completion of Total Vision, your attendance will be reported to the Archdiocese of New Orleans' Department of Catholic Education and Faith Formation.
2. Purchase and complete the 'Theology of the Body Training Certification Course' through Ascension. This program must be purchased separately through Ascension's site for $29.95. Learn more at: bit.ly/tobcert
3. When you complete Ascension's Certification Course, you will receive a certificate. Send that to Deacon Michael Whitehouse of the Dept. of Catholic Education and Faith Formation. He will then send you your Archdiocesan certificate.
